🚓 TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT 🚓 Due to high traffic volumes the Road Commission for Oakland County installed No Left Turn signs from eastbound Hickory Grove Road onto Rambling Way, Courville Drive and Aspen Lane during the summer. Left turns are prohibited from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Even after the signs were installed, traffic volumes in the neighborhood have remained high and resulted in numerous community complaints.

Officers have increased their presence and enforcement in the area. This week so far, officers have written 141 citations.

Many of the drivers stopped have reported their GPS told them to make the left turn. As a reminder, GPS instructions do not supersede traffic laws. You are responsible for obeying all traffic regulations at all times.

Due to lack of agenda items, the Board of Trustees meeting originally scheduled for Monday, June 22, 2026 has been cancelled. The next regular meeting is schedule for Monday, July 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.

Please be advised that due to scheduled maintenance, we expect our phone lines to be down during the early morning hours of Thursday, June 18, 2026. The outage is expected to last for up to three hours, and will occur between midnight and 6:00 a.m.

Although the non-emergency phone lines will be down for part of the maintenance, the outage will not impact 911 services.
