Idaho Housing and Finance Association is a unique financial institution and administrator of affordable housing resources. IHFA’s mission is to provide funding for affordable housing opportunities in Idaho communities where they are most needed and when it is economically feasible. In the financial services sector, Idaho Housing is best known for its residential and multifamily mortgage products, which it primarily markets through its mortgage lender and broker partners. Department of Housing and Urban Development and performs a variety of tasks associated with financing, developing and managing affordable housing and homelessness services.

We were proud to sponsor this amazing event this week and enjoyed connecting with so many local real estate pros on the course.

📚✨ Our team came together to assist 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗜𝗱𝗮𝗵𝗼, 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱 – 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, in supporting students and families in our communities.

Donations made in Boise have been earmarked by United Way to support students at 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 this year. With the start of school just around the corner, now is the perfect time to host a drive and collect much-needed items for students in need.
