The General Election is Tuesday, November 3rd! Here’s a brief guide for voting while trans 🏳️‍⚧️

• Wisconsin requires a valid form of photo ID in order to vote, such as a driver’s license, passport, or most student IDs (check your student ID policy first!).

• Your gender presentation *does not legally need to match the gender marker on your ID.* However, the name on your ID does need to match the name on your registration–you can check the name you’re registered under at myvote.wi.gov.

• If you aren’t yet registered, you can do *while voting* at your polling location.

• If you encounter discrimination while trying to vote or are not allowed to cast your ballot, call the *National Election Protection Hotline* at 1-866-OUR-VOTE (1-866-687-8683).

Reminder to return your absentee ballot! Voters with disabilities can have assistance returning their absentee ballot to their municipal clerk. Your municipality may also have absentee ballot drop boxes. Your ballot must be received by 8:00 PM on Election Day.

Voters with disabilities may request assistance with returning their absentee ballot from anyone who is not their employer or a representative of their labor union. Voters who do not have a disability cannot have assistance delivering their ballot.

🍬Treat... or Trick 👻? The wording of the proposed changes to our state constitution makes it sound like a good thing... but it isn't. The Republican party has intentionally worded 3️⃣ confusing questions that would make changes to further erode our constitution and remove more guardrails. Vote NO!!
