Ladies remember to VOTE today. White women were afforded the right to vote in 1920, and as recently as 1965 for black women to be able to vote! No matter what, get to the polls!
And remember ladies.. you’re the only one in that voting booth. You can vote for whoever you’d like, no one is watching or double checking. Vote! And vote for the candidate you really need!

If you’re local, and are looking for a support group of women to help you on your journey to finding yourself, our workshops with Dr. Donna Pellegrino have been popular for 20+ years. To Mark, our official return to our office to hold these sessions we are inviting anyone who is interested in learning about our program to come enjoy brunch and enjoy our very first series this fall called “strong enough to say it!” It’s about being empowered as a woman and speaking up when needed and ways to do that effectively. We will be hosting a full brunch. Please email myself at [email protected] or [email protected]!!
