City of Campbell Welcome to the City of Campbell, California where tradition and progress blend effortlessly. For us it’s just good old-fashioned hospitality!

Originating from a community of innovators, we maintain our small-town friendliness while welcoming a growing population of engaged, passionate residents, unique business leaders, groundbreaking tech giants, exhilarating start-ups, and revolutionary thinkers. Campbell’s first residents disrupted emerging business practices by providing free hot meals, cottages, and daycare for their employees. Some might say these were the seeds of the famous Silicon Valley business practices. We are located in the center of the Silicon Valley, between San Francisco and San Jose, and nearby major highways 17, 85, and 280. With a thriving downtown, delectable eateries, unique shops, two cinemas, a historic theater, Ainsley House, and a charming residential community, Campbell instantly becomes a second hometown to those who visit. Come and see us sometime soon! Terms of Use Guidelines

🌧️💧 We've officially had our first rain of the season! As we head into the rainy months, a little preparation can go a long way in preventing localized flooding, reducing pollution, and protecting our local creeks.

Here are a few simple ways to get Rain Ready:
🍂 Clear leaves and litter from around storm drains
🚰 Check gutters and downspouts for blockages
🧹 Secure outdoor materials and keep chemicals covered
🐶 Pick up pet waste before it washes away

Green stormwater infrastructure, such as rain gardens, bioretention areas, and pervious pavement, captures and slows runoff while filtering pollutants. By allowing rainwater to soak into the ground, these features can help replenish groundwater, reduce pressure on storm drain systems, and make better use of rain as a valuable water resource.

The West Valley Stormwater Authority () works on behalf of Campbell, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Saratoga to help prevent stormwater pollution and protect our local waterways.
