Keep your guests satisfied this holiday season with a thoughtfully crafted charcuterie board! Learn the basics of building a charcuterie board on Thursday, November 12 at 4 PM from TCPL's own Natasha Nall and Taylor County Cooperative Extension Service agent Kimberly Thomas. This event meets in the TCPL Community Room.

There is a $5 fee to participate. Register in-person at the Taylor County Public Library front desk. Payment is due at the time of registration. Disclaimer: all deposits are nonrefundable.

Our Fledgling Bird Club had a wonderful trip to Bernheim Forest and Arboretum today! Participants enjoyed exploring the forest, taking in the fall colors, and looking for local birds. A great day of learning and enjoying nature together!

🧵 Learn the Basics of Quilting! 🧵

Have a sewing machine and ready to take the next step? Join the Taylor County Extension Office for our Basic Quilting Class and learn foundational quilting skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

Participants will learn: ✔ Fabric selection
✔ Rotary cutting and fabric preparation techniques
✔ Accurate sewing and consistent seam allowances
✔ Batting, backing, and quilt layering basics
