Meet Sienna! The newest addition to CBP.

Sienna serves as the Marketing and Housing Programs Coordinator where she brings her creativity, drive, and commitment to strengthening the neighborhoods of Stark County.

Born and raised in Canton, she graduated from Canton South High School and continued her education at Kent State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Emerging Media and Technology.

Outside of her professional life, Sienna is very passionate about traveling, photography, fitness, and enjoying community events with her family and friends.

Please welcome her to the team!

Join us in wishing our Housing Counseling and Marketing Manager, Makayla, a happy birthday!
In her role, Makayla works to connect individuals and families with housing resources and programs while also helping promote the organization’s mission, services, and impact throughout the community.
A Massillon native and 2018 graduate of Massillon Washington High School, Makayla continued her education and athletic career as a very successful collegiate women’s basketball player at Glenville State University. She later transitioned into collegiate coaching, serving as an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Malone University from 2022–2025.
Makayla brings a unique combination of leadership, creativity, and a strong connection to the Massillon community to her position at CBP. She is passionate about helping families build strong foundations through housing opportunities while using marketing and community outreach to ensure residents are aware of the resources available to them.
Outside of her professional career, Makayla enjoys photography, athletics, fitness, and spending time with her husband and family.

Being a rental property owner in the Aultman Hospital service area can have benefits! The Aultman Model Investment Reward is a grant that was created by CBP to incentivize these rental owners to enhance the exteriors of their properties and keep the value up.

We've mentioned our Down Payment Assistance program before, but did you know that we offer a grant that is specific to the Aultman Core Asset Area?
If you are looking to purchase a home within these boundaries, we may be able to grant you $2,000! Not only is this a great resource for helping with the cost of a down payment, but it can also be stacked with our Down Payment Assistance program that can offer up to $7,500 in assistance.
