We want to hear from you!

If you didn’t have a chance to attend one of the Safety Action Plan meetings, there’s still time to share your feedback.

A reminder that as part of the City’s continued work in providing and maintaining safe roadways, the City is designing a Safety Action Plan (SAP). This plan will position the City of Cayce to apply for federal funding to fix dangerous roads and make our streets safer for every walker, bike rider, and driver.

Public comments will be accepted through November 13, 2026.

Last night, Cayce Mayor and Council joined elected officials and municipal staff from across the 2nd Congressional District for a municipal town hall with U.S. Representative Joe Wilson, hosted by the Municipal Association of South Carolina right here in Cayce!

Moderated by Mayor Elise Partin, attendees learned about changes to federal grant requirements, federal funding for roads, bridges, water and sewer systems, broadband and other critical infrastructure, and federal programs that support affordable housing and community development.

Mayor and Council also had the opportunity to engage with Representative Wilson about the needs and priorities of our Cayce community.

Thank you to MASC for bringing everyone together and to Steel Hands Brewing for the hospitality.
