For support beyond the workplace, Wyoming 211 can help you find information on Social Security Disability Insurance, supported housing and assisted living, low-income housing, and case or care management.

Kinship caregivers step in to raise a relative’s or family friend’s child, which can mean suddenly keeping track of school forms, medical records, benefit information, legal documents, and a growing list of contacts.

A Kinship Caregiver Folder gives all of that paperwork one place to live. It doesn’t need to be perfectly organized or completed in one sitting. Start with what you already have, add to it over time, and keep a section for questions and reminders as they come up.

Swipe through for five things that can make the folder especially useful. For support navigating your caregiving role and getting connected with resources, dial 2-1-1
