There is a big issue when you are nickle and diming local schools and high schools BUT government doesn't want to put a cap on tuition costs on for profit universities.
Low income families deserve true transparent support and equity. Instead, the government limits the benefits and increases the chance to profit from low income students who will find it more challenging to pay the loan back.

You can't request for tax payers to pay their "fare share", for others to have transparency with you and request for more funds when you are not responsible and don't do any of those.
