A big thank you to Bobbi Kellough with the Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce for joining us during our regional United Way meeting here in Chillicothe! Bobbi took time to share all the wonderful things Ross County has to offer with our guests from across the state and even led a fun Pig Personality Test that gave us all a chance to learn a little more about one another!

Bobbi, thank you for being a champion for Ross County and an incredible champion for United Way of Ross County. We are grateful to have you in our corner and appreciate everything you do to help showcase our community!

🥕 Thank you, volunteers! 🥕

We are so thankful for the incredible volunteers who helped make our Bainbridge Produce Market possible! Because of your time and dedication, we were able to provide fresh produce to more than 200 individuals in our community!

Thank you for showing up, lending a hand, and giving with a local heart. Your time makes a real difference right here in Ross County.

A big thank you to Ryan Dixon with Nourse AutoMall for reaching out to United Way of Ross County and finding a way to continue giving back to our community!

Ryan and Nourse Chillicothe Automall are partnering with us to donate a percentage of vehicle sales to support our Mighty Active Pack Club! This means more local students will have access to shelf-stable food packs to help bridge the gap over weekends throughout the school year.

We are so thankful for businesses like NOURSE that recognize the importance of investing in our community and making sure local children have the resources they need to thrive. We are excited to see where this partnership goes and all the good we can do together!

If you're looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, be sure to reach out to Ryan!

Even at almost 3 months old, this little guy already loves his books! 📚💙 It’s never too early to introduce children to the joy of reading!

We’d love to hear how Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has made a difference for your family! If your child is enrolled in the program and you’d like to be featured on our social media, email [email protected] with a photo of your little one enjoying an Imagination Library book and a few words about how the program has impacted your family.

You can also share a photo of your little reader in the comments below! We’d love to see those smiling faces and celebrate the love of reading, one little reader at a time! 💛

Ross County Food Network: Stronger Together

United Way of Ross County is grateful to work alongside so many dedicated partners through the Ross County Food Network—a collaboration focused on reducing food waste, eliminating food deserts, and ensuring donated food reaches the families who need it most.

This partnership brings together organizations across our community, including:

United Way of Ross County

Good Samaritan Food Network

Ross County Health District

Adena Health System

Ross County Community Action

Chillicothe & Ross County Public Libraries

Carver Community Center

Hope Clinic

OSU Extension

AND many local churches and faith partners

Together, we’re strengthening access to nutritious food, supporting families, and building a more connected, resilient Ross County.

When our community unites, our neighbors thrive.

We’re proud to share that United Way of Ross County hosted one of the four Ohio United Ways regional meetings last week, right here in Ross County. Bringing leaders from across the state together in our community was an honor and a powerful reminder of what collaboration can make possible.

The gathering at Adena’s PACCAR building created space for shared learning, new ideas, and meaningful conversations about strengthening programs and supporting families across Ohio.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to convene this group and for each leader's collective commitment to improving lives in their communities. United, we continue to grow and thrive.

Ryan Dixon with Nourse AutoMall has already helped us put books into the hands of Ross County kids through our Imagination Library of Ross County, but he’s not stopping there. Ryan is getting ready to support another one of our programs.

We are so thankful for Ryan’s commitment to serving our community through supporting United Way of Ross County. We can’t wait to share more soon!

We’ve been finding wonderful ways to keep these books in our community and put them into the hands of readers who will enjoy them. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! Every book has a story to tell, and its journey doesn’t have to end after the first reader. 💛📚
