*DELAYED POST*
Just after 08:30 this morning, FDLT and aid units were dispatched to Interstate-70 for a reported Vehicle Accident with Entrapment. Initially reported at the State Road 39 interchange, crews located a three vehicle accident, 1 tractor-trailer and 2 passenger cars, at the 62.2 EB mile marker. Multiple 911 callers resulted in a parallel response from Morgan County. Crews from Liberty, Plainfield Fire Territory, and Mooresville Fire Department worked to extricate one patient trapped in their vehicle. A total of two individuals were transported to area trauma centers, 1 by PFT ambulance and 1 by IU Health LifeLine helicopter. The scene was released to Indiana State Police and Hendricks County Sheriff's for further investigation, and any additional information will be released by law enforcement officials.
