Our first full moon hike of the season was a SUPER success!
Thank you to my 13 hikers who came out; we even got to see the lovely MOON!! And we saw a PORCUPINE!! First he was climbing up a tree and then we saw him later walking near the trail (it was too dark for a pic). So much fun in the dark together!!
The next moon hike is Tuesday, Nov 24, 7pm at Clay Boswell Boat Landing. Prep Thanksgiving early so you have time to join us!! FREE and open to everyone.

It sure felt seasonal today: BRISK! But it was a great hike with lots of great conversation. And Larry found another 4-leaf clover!!
We'll hike Thur at 1:30pm at Tioga Recreation Area. FREE and open to anyone! We get new hikers all the time, so join anytime!

Is it July?! It was HOT on the trail but also gorgeous! 16 hikers joined me on this lovely fall day, and we loved the view of the mine pit...the colors of the water today were pure turquoise along the shore (no pic can capture its beauty!).
Monday we'll hike at 1:30 in more seasonal (cooler) temps. Join me at Tioga Recreation Area for an hour of quality outdoor fun!

Found Bicycle- Claim at City Hall

A bicycle has been found and turned in to the City of Cohasset. If you believe the bicycle belongs to you, please stop by City Hall to claim it.

What a gorgeous fall day!! We had a great group in great weather today! Leaves are dropping, but somehow Larry found a four-leaf clover!!
Come join us Thursday at 1:30pm at Tioga Recreation Area. We'll hike the trails for one hour. FREE!

Follow the yellow leaf road!!
Today we stayed on the Haul Road and enjoyed the yellow "brick" road of leaves. It was brisk but lovely. Leaves are dropping fast. Join us Thursday at 1:30 at Tioga Recreation Area for another great hour in the woods. FREE!

A GOLDEN forest today! It was so bright along Ruby Slippers and No Place Like Home today! We hiked it out and back to savor being surrounded by golden leaves, and we put on 2.4 miles!
We DO hike Mon Oct 12 and Thur Oct 15 next week, so come join us at 1:30 at Tioga Recreation Area. Free and open to all!

Tioga Pit was gorgeous today! We hiked up Iron Maidenhair to get a view of the pit, and it did not disappoint! Plus the colors were extra bright in the sunshine! A dozen great hikers joined me for 2.1 miles on a fabulous fall day.
We'll be back at Tioga Recreation Area Thursday at 1:30. JOIN US! Free and open to all.
