🍃 A Friendly Reminder About Leaf & Limb Pickup
We appreciate everyone’s help in keeping Colquitt beautiful! To help avoid confusion, we’d like to clarify what qualifies for City leaf and limb pickup.
✅ Yard work you perform yourself at your home
The City collects eligible leaf and limb debris from work performed by the resident, following the City’s preparation and placement requirements.
❌ Business and commercial properties
The City does not collect leaf and limb debris from business or commercial locations, regardless of who performs the work.
❌ Paid contractors working at residences
The City does not collect debris from work performed by a hired tree trimmer, landscaper, lawn service or other paid contractor—even at a residential property. Please make sure removal and proper disposal are included when arranging the work.
City leaf and limb pickup is only for work residents perform themselves at their homes. Debris from either excluded category should not be transported to or left at City pickup locations.
