Braxton Mitchell introduced this unconstitutional piece of legislation as part of a broader effort lead by many Republicans to make it more difficult for everyone to vote. The enforcement of this bill lead to THOUSANDS of ballots being rejected that were cast by CITIZENS who have every right to vote. This doesn't exactly increase my confidence in our HD 5 representative. Bills like this are not only unconstitutional, they're unamerican.
When elected, I will protect and expand our ability to perform our civic duties and make our voices heard rather than trying to silence those who might disagree.
