The purpose of the Dana Estates Neighborhood Alliance is to. Encourage and maintain a neighborhood of which we can be
proud;
B. Increase the feeling of security and concern among neighbors;
C. Inform the City of Concord about our community/neighborhood
needs and concerns;
D. Act as a resource for the neighborhood by referring people to
appropriate agencies, departments, or individuals for information
or services available;
E. Provide a forum where matters of interest or concern can be
discussed and acted upon.

It’s going to be very hot today, yes, in October. the Concord library and the senior center have cooling stations for those that may not have air-conditioning. Be kind to yourself and your pets and be safe.

Our shelter dogs go through lots of treats each day for training, enrichment, and, of course, a little extra love while they wait for their new homes.

🚧 🚧 Construction Alert – Landana Dr / Beechwood Dr 🚧 🚧

📍 Impacted Location: Landana Dr / Beechwood Dr

⏰ Timeframe: Tuesday, September 29, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The City’s Contractor on the Residential Pavement Maintenance Phase F Project will be performing pavement repairs in the Landana Drive/Beechwood Drive intersection tomorrow, Tuesday September 29 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

There will be minor detours to route traffic around the intersection while work is taking place (vehicles can expect to be detoured at Village Road and Juniper Drive).

Please be aware of detour signs and other traffic control in place. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we wrap this project up.
