The City of Conroe offices are currently experiencing a carrier-related disruption affecting inbound phone calls. Calls are connecting, but callers may hear only silence or no audio once the call is answered.

This is a multi-city issue affecting the carrier and is not limited to City Offices.

Crews are actively working to resolve the issue.
