Your pool cover has one job all winter: protect the pool below it.

Once swim season ends, the cover becomes one of the most visible parts of your backyard—and an important part of preparing an inground pool for the off-season.

The Pool Doctor of Rhode Island carries LOOP-LOC pool safety covers and can help homeowners think through the right solution for their pool.

Planning your closing or considering a replacement cover?

The best spring pool opening starts with how you close it now.

Rhode Island winters are hard on pools, plumbing and equipment. A thoughtful closing process helps prepare your pool for freezing weather while setting you up for a smoother return to swimming season.

Before the cover goes on, think beyond “putting the pool away.” Water condition, equipment preparation and proper winterization all matter.

Need help getting your pool ready for the off-season? The Pool Doctor of Rhode Island can help you prepare for winter.

Call 401-392-1300 to discuss your pool closing.

Still picturing every vinyl-liner pool the same way?

An inground vinyl-liner pool is about more than choosing a place to swim. Shape, steps, liner pattern, surrounding materials, and the way the pool sits beside the home all influence the finished backyard.

The Pool Doctor of Rhode Island builds inground vinyl-liner pools and helps homeowners work through those decisions before construction begins.

If a new pool is part of your future backyard plans, start by collecting the features and looks you actually want to live with.
