✔️ Wash your hands regularly.

A few simple steps can make a big difference! Wishing everyone a safe, healthy, and happy Halloween! 🧡🦇

🎃Unwashed hands
🎃Expired emergency kits

3 Steps to Early Detection!💗

Early detection can make a difference! This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we encourage everyone to take an active role in their breast health.

Know your body: Become familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel, and report any unusual changes to your healthcare provider.

Schedule your exams: Keep up with routine well-woman visits and talk with your provider about the screenings that are right for you.

Stay up to date on mammograms: Regular mammograms can help detect breast cancer early. Ask your healthcare provider when you should begin screening based on your age, health history, and risk factors.

Remember, early detection matters, and taking care of your health is an act of self-care! 💗

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💗

Did you know that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime?

This month, we recognize those impacted by breast cancer, honor survivors, remember those we have lost, and stand alongside individuals and families navigating a diagnosis.

Early detection matters. Stay up to date on recommended screenings, know what is normal for your body, and talk with your healthcare provider about any concerns.

Let’s continue to raise awareness, support one another, and help ensure everyone has access to the care and resources they need. No one should have to face breast cancer alone.

💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

Mental health is health.

Today, let’s remember to check in with ourselves, check in on the people we love, and remind each other that it’s okay to ask for help.

You are not a burden. You are not alone. And you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. 🫶
