Join us through Zoom or in person at the Town Hall.

We will be addressing the unmet need for the individuals with unmet homecare needs who fall through the cracks, making too slightly too much to qualify but cannot afford the cost of private care.

Closing the Gap is important to ensuring all individuals with disabilities are able to be independent in their homes and communities.

November 19th, 2026 10:15 am-12:00 pm

In person- C4A Conference at the Hyatt Regency, Garden Grove, CA
