Show Synopsis:
The Missoula Children’s Theatre’s twist on Aesop’s classic is a hare-raising, ab-shell-lute whirlwind of fun! Taylor Tortoise and Curly Hare’s competitive antics are getting out of control, and all the other animals in their little town outside of Cape Canaveral, Florida, get roped into the shenanigans. When a group of astronauts comes through town, Curly Hare comes up with their kookiest stunt ever – to be the first animals on the moon! Well, talking animals, anyway. Taylor Tortoise and Curly Hare race to build a rocket and beat the other to space, but will their rivalry drive away their friends in the process? Who will make it to the moon first? And once they get to the moon…then what? The Tortoise and the Hare learn that maybe winning ISN’T everything; they can accomplish so much more by working together!

We specifically told BBQ Kyle NOT to bring patriotic outfits to this week’s episode… 🇺🇸🦅

So naturally he showed up dressed like a bald eagle with access to fireworks. 😐

Episode 2 of the Kyle & Kyle Show is here – and somehow things are already getting worse.

But while Town Kyle tries to survive the chaos, he DOES manage to cover a few important Freedom Fest updates:

🇺🇸 Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary
🍔 Expanded Food, Retail, & Resource Vendor Areas
💦 Pool Open FREE from 1–10 PM
🎆 Bigger & Better Fireworks Show
🍖 2nd Annual Rib Eating Contest with Your Behind BBQ
📍 Florence Multipurpose Fields & Aquatic Center |174. W. 1st St.
📅 Saturday, July 4 @ 5:00 PM

One of these men is trying to promote a community event.

The other thinks “meat sweats” is a medical condition. 🤦‍♂️

ℹ️ UPDATE: This work has been completed and the roadway is open. Thank you.

🚧 Heads up, Florence drivers 🚧

A temporary road closure is planned today at the intersection of Hunt Hwy. and SR 79 at approximately 1:00 PM for 15 minutes.

SCIP crews will be on-site installing power lines for a new streetlight at the intersection. To safely complete the work, the intersection will be temporarily closed while crews run the line across the roadway.

Please avoid the area, use an alternate route if possible, and use caution near the work zone. We appreciate your patience as this road improvement is completed. We’ll provide an update once the intersection has fully reopened.
