Well, this one made me cry. 🥹

I went back and forth on sharing this because it feels a little weird posting someone saying such nice things about you…. but also it was so sweet I had to share 🤣🫣

There are a lot of days when owning a small business feels like a never-ending list of things to do, problems to solve, and things I wish we could do better.

And then I read something like this. 😭

I think sometimes I get so caught up in the day-to-day that I forget to stop and appreciate what we’ve built and the families who have become such a big part of it.

We’re far from perfect, and we definitely don’t get everything right. But goodness, we care so much about this little business and the people who walk through our doors.

Katie, thank you for taking the time to write this. It meant more than you know. And to everyone who continues to show up and support The Mingo, thank you for letting us be a little part of your lives. 💗

Here’s how to snag your spot:

🩷 Call or text our Forest location to reserve your play session at the special price! This is the easiest option, and what we recommend! 434-234-8700

🩷 Walk-ins are welcome as long as we have availability!

🩷 Prefer to book online? You can still reserve a regular-priced ticket through our website! We’ll just apply the difference as a café credit when you arrive. For example, if your 4-year-old has a $13 ticket, you’ll get $9 to spend on coffee, food, or treats! ☕️

Join us October 31 for A Not-So-Spooky Halloween Bash!

We're talking costumes, trick-or-treating, Halloween crafts, and lots of PLAY!

Each party will be 90 minutes long, and we're limiting sessions to just 25 kids so everyone has plenty of room to enjoy the fun!

🩷 MINGO MEMBERS: Your ticket is just $15! Book the regular $18 ticket, and we'll give you $3 back in café credit per child to use toward drinks and snacks during the party!

We're keeping things fun and not-so-spooky for our littlest friends, so come dressed in your Halloween best and get ready for a good time!

If you’ve been thinking about booking a birthday party at our new Lynchburg location, THIS is your sign! 🥹🎉

For the next week, we’re matching our Forest party pricing, which means you can book a party at Lynchburg for $375 instead of $550! That’s $175 in savings!

Our new space is twice the size, can accommodate twice as many guests, and you’ll have the entire playroom to yourselves during your party!

Here’s how it works: Book any available party date in November or December by October 20th and pay in full to get the special pricing.

Just book through our website like normal! You’ll pay the $125 deposit online, and we’ll charge the remaining $250 to your card.

One quick note: This is for new Lynchburg bookings only, so we won’t be transferring existing Forest parties or deposits over.

We’ve been SO excited to start hosting birthdays in this new space, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you guys! 🦩💗
