During National Transfer Student Week, we're celebrating the many pathways FSW students can take to reach their educational goals!

Whether transferring to a university through partnerships like Destination FGCU, FAMU Ignite and the FUSE Transfer Program, or continuing their education through one of FSW's six bachelor's degree programs, our students have options to build a future that works for them.

We're proud to support students at every step of their educational journey, helping them find the right path and prepare for what's next!

National Transfer Student Week got me thinking about the different paths our students take to reach their goals.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to college. One of our missions is to help students find a path that works for them, on a timeline that fits their lives and responsibilities.

I appreciate the strong partnership between the State University System and the Florida College System (FCS) through Florida’s 2+2 Targeted Pathway Program.

There are many options available!

Some students begin at FSW and transfer to a university through partnerships like Destination FGCU, FAMU Ignite and the FUSE Transfer Program, to name a few. Others choose to continue their education right here, with six bachelor’s degree programs to choose from at FSW.

Either way, we want our students to have options, feel supported and be prepared for what comes next. Helping them reach their goals is one of the things that makes me proud to serve FSW.

What an incredible Connections Week at FSW! 🌟

Our students stayed active, engaged and connected both on and off campus:

Paint for a Purpose: Students gathered to paint beautiful, vibrant rocks for Pathways to Opportunity's Rays to Grow Garden!

Field Research in Action: Professor Donini led an exciting trip to the Naples Botanical Gardens, where students checked aquatic traps for snakes, turtles and salamanders, getting hands-on experience in the field!

Thank you to everyone who participated and made this week so memorable!
