Know your rights! 🙌 Knowing your rights is an important part of advocating for yourself, which is why our Life Skills Programs make time for it every day. Through conversations, activities, and plenty of questions, individuals talk about their rights, the difference between rights and privileges, and what those rights can look like in everyday life.

And sometimes, we turn those conversations into a little friendly competition. 😉 Rights Bingo was a fun way to put our knowledge to the test!

At this rate, we could be community tour guides! 😂 One of the best parts of our community outings is getting out and exploring new places together. Sometimes we’re discovering somewhere we’ve never been, and sometimes we’re putting a new local spot on everyone else’s radar!

Our latest adventure took us to Prana Farms , where we spent the day checking out the butterflies, making a few new goat friends, exploring the farm and enjoying some much-needed time outside. 🦋🐐

Our Port Charlotte Life Skills Program is getting ready for a Halloween Masquerade Ball, and you’re invited!

Come dressed in your Halloween best, bring a mask if you have one, and get ready for an evening of music, friends, snacks and plenty of Halloween fun.
