FORT VALLEY FIRE DEPARTMENT: MOVING FORWARD, BUILDING A STRONGER COMMUNITY! 🚒

The Fort Valley Fire Department is continuing to move forward, creating new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and finding ways to better serve the citizens of our great community.

Our partnership with Pillar EMS Academy to bring EMT training opportunities to Fort Valley is another step toward building a stronger foundation for emergency services in our community. By investing in education, training, and professional development, we are helping create opportunities that can make a lasting difference in the lives of our citizens.

As a department, our mission goes beyond responding to emergencies. We are committed to growth, preparedness, community engagement, and ensuring that we continue to improve the services we provide to the people who depend on us every day.

Under our continued commitment to progress, the Fort Valley Fire Department will keep working to build partnerships, develop our personnel, and explore new opportunities that benefit our citizens and strengthen our community.

🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, the Fort Valley Fire Department pauses to remember the 2,977 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the brave first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We remember the 343 firefighters of the FDNY, 23 NYPD officers, 37 Port Authority Police officers, and all the emergency personnel who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving others.

Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication will never be forgotten.

Today and every day, we honor their memory by continuing to serve our community with courage, compassion, commitment, and brotherhood.
