Chairman: Jeff Castle
Vice Chairman: Robert Margetts
Secretary: Hannah Gates
Treasurer: Mike Flynn Milton is one of the nine townships that make up DuPage County. With a population around 117,000 Milton encompasses the City of Wheaton, the Town of Glen Ellyn and some sections of Winfield, Naperville, Lisle, Downers Grove, Carol Stream, Glendale Heights and Lombard. The Committeemen and women of our 109 precincts work to promote the general principles of the Republican Party. We support the challenges and rewards of the free enterprise system. Recognizing that every dollar spent on government comes from the private sector, we believe that government should be as local and inexpensive as possible and that the United States of America is indeed the best hope for mankind and should be defended at all cost. The basic human values of respect, equal treatment, freedom of speech and religion, and protection under the law are universal and should be promoted as part of a foriegn policy which seeks a more peaceful world. Locally we encourage activity in the political and electoral process by meeting with, evaluating and promoting candidates at all levels of government. We work to educate ourselves and our neighbors as to the activities, policies and programs of the various agencies that impact our lives. And finally, we invite like-minded individuals to join our ranks to help keep our country free and prosperous. Within the township are the College of DuPage and Wheaton College, plus three of the County Forest Preserves and a portion of the Morton Arboretum. And in case you didn’t know; the average elevation is 771′, average age is 38.4 years and median home price is $261,000. There are a little over 42,000 households in Milton Township.
