Get a head start on recertification season before the rush begins. Preparing your continuing education credits early means less stress when the submission window opens.

Here is how the 40 total credits break down:

✅ National Component (20 Credits): Covers key topics like Airway, Cardiology, Trauma, Medical, and Operations (remember to include at least 10% in pediatric content).

✅ Local or State Component (10 Credits): Fulfills specific state or agency requirements, or flexible EMS patient care education if no specific topics are assigned.

✅ Individual Component (10 Credits): Flexible continuing education focused on EMS patient care.

You have the flexibility to earn your hours through either in-person or online courses. Just ensure your credits come from approved sources such as CAPCE-accredited programs, State EMS Office-accepted courses, or U.S. accredited academic institutions.

We still have spots available in our Holdrege EMS Class. Classes begin Aug. 19-Dec. 9!

This class will be taught in the convenient, hybrid "flipped classroom" style. Students must complete the online coursework prior to each class meeting. The classroom portion will meet for hands-on skills.
