A little spooky, a lot of smiles and so much fun!

Our annual Halloween party brought laughter, good food, and camaraderie to the Grayslake Senior Activity Center. A very special thank you to ASPYRE of Waukegan for helping make the celebration sweeter with goodie bags, treats, and fun.

Today also marked Karen’s last day with the Center. We thank her for her contributions and wish her all the best!

November is serving up a generous helping of friendship, discovery, and fun at the Grayslake Senior Activity Center!

We are proudly managed and operated by the Village of Grayslake, our Center welcomes anyone 55+, regardless of residency.

A little stretching, a little purring, and plenty of smiles!

A heartfelt thank-you to Kindred Kitties and Fitness Loft for bringing kitty yoga to the Grayslake Senior Activity Center! Movement, playful kittens, and time together made for such a joyful experience for our members.

Looking for more ways to keep moving? Fitness Loft in Libertyville offers yoga, Pilates, strength training, Tai Chi/Qigong, balance training, and private training. Explore their classes and find something that inspires you!

Kindred Kitties is an all-volunteer, nonprofit, no-kill rescue in Kenosha dedicated to finding loving homes for homeless cats and kittens. Visit their website to meet adoptable cats, plan a visit to their adoption center, or learn how you can help through fostering, volunteering, or donating.

There’s always an opportunity to learn at the Grayslake Senior Activity Center!

A warm thank-you to Dr. Anne Berg, PharmD, consultant pharmacist with AB Consulting PharmD Ltd, for presenting “C*D Uncovered: Facts, Uses, & What to Know.”

Dr. Berg helped make a very complex topic approachable, exploring what C*D is, its potential benefits and important considerations before trying it. We appreciate her time and thoughtful guidance. Many thanks to everyone who joined us for an informative conversation.
