If you spend five minutes with Lauren Stephens, you'll quickly discover two things: she has an infectious personality and she can find humor in just about anything. Even cancer.

At 37, Lauren has already faced more medical challenges than most people experience in a lifetime. But ask her about the past six months and rather than focusing on everything cancer has taken, she'll tell you about everything it has given her. And she'll probably make you laugh along the way.

Curious about Reiki? Come experience it for yourself!

Drop by the Center for Hope & Healing tomorrow between 5:00–6:30 PM for a free 15-minute Reiki session.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive wellness practice that uses light touch or hands held just above the body to promote relaxation and a sense of calm. Many people use Reiki as a complementary practice to help reduce stress and support overall emotional and physical well-being.

No experience is needed - just come as you are and take a few minutes for yourself.
