🌟 THESPIAN OF THE MONTH: MYA B.! 🌟

Mya is such a wonderful example of what it means to be a Thespian! She has been working incredibly hard in rehearsals, always showing up with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Her kindness extends to everyone she meets, and she has a way of making those around her feel welcomed and appreciated.

Maya reminds us that being a great Thespian isn’t just about what you bring to the stage, but also what you bring to the people around you. 💛

Congratulations, Mya! We are so lucky to have you as part of our troupe! 🎭✨

🎭💛 We love having theatre friends!!

A HUGE thank you to Eastside Theatre Company and the wonderful Noah for being so incredibly generous and loaning us props for Big Fish! 🐟

With a prop list 65 PROPS LONG, we had quite the shopping list when we arrived. But Noah might as well have been Santa Claus, because it felt like everything we asked for, he somehow had! 😂🎅

12 fake fish? Got it. 🐟
A giant key to the city? Of course. 🗝️
A crystal ball? Absolutely. 🔮
A pitchfork, 4 hula hoops, a 2007 iPhone? YOU BET.

And somehow, that wasn’t even everything!

What started as a pretty overwhelming prop list suddenly felt a whole lot less stressful, all thanks to the generosity of our theatre friends.

We are so grateful to be part of a theatre community where people share what they have, show up for one another, and help bring each other’s stories to life.

Thank you, Noah and Eastside Theatre Company, for making a little Big Fish magic happen! ✨🐟

Theatre friends are the BEST friends. 🎭💛

🧸🎣 Big Fish hit the streets of Downtown Gresham!

Yesterday, our cast had a blast walking in the 44th Annual Teddy Bear Parade and spreading the word about Big Fish! We loved getting out into the community, showing off a little Barlow spirit, and getting everyone excited for the show! 🎭✨

A HUGE shoutout to Barlow Theatre alum Noah Feldmann-Parks for coming out and capturing these amazing photos for us! 📸 We’re so grateful to have alumni who continue to show up and support our program. 💙

Thanks for having us, Gresham! 🧸🎣✨
