📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO POTOMAC TOWERS RESIDENTS

🚧 Breezeway Closure for Repairs 🚧

Beginning Monday, October 26, 2026, the Potomac Towers breezeway will be closed for approximately three weeks for repairs.

🕖 Work Hours: Monday–Friday, beginning at 7:00 AM

🚪 Building Access: All residents and visitors must use the south entrance during the closure.

🚗 Parking: Additional parking will be available on the south side of the building and in designated staff spaces in the C.W. Brooks lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not park in assigned spaces.

🔹 Access to the Security Office will be limited. Resident complaints may be submitted online, and vehicle registrations will be postponed until repairs are completed.

🛒 Flat carts will be available through the Resident Services Office. Please see Kimberly to check one out.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as these necessary repairs are completed. Please use caution around the construction area.

👉Now Hiring: Homework Club Tutors!

Looking for a part-time opportunity where you can make a difference? The Parkside Pals Homework Club is looking for tutors to work with children in grades K–5 during our afterschool program.

Tutors will help students with homework and participate in fun, educational activities.

🕓 Hours: Monday–Thursday, approximately 4:30–6:30 PM
💰 This is a paid position
📅 Positions run through the end of the school year in June.
