We need your help. The drought we are currently in is a record breaking drought, no one has saw it this bad, etc.. I said all of that to say, if there is no evidence it cannot be recorded as factual. We are asking for our friends at the National Weather Service, Extension Office, and National Resource Conservation Service for you to fill out a survey on the drought conditions where you are. Pictures would be helpful as well. This is your chance to help provide scientific evidence for history. Click on the following link and fill out the survey.

National Drought Mitigation Center (NDMC) survey: Condition Monitoring Observer Reports (CMOR). For more information visit: go.unl.edu/cmor_drought.

Please remember we are under a burn ban this weekend.
