You may access the plan via link here:https://www.mcrpc.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/Mercer-CHSTP_Draft-for-Public-Review-20261019.pdf, or by going to our website, www.mcrpc.com, where it is located on the Home page.

What is a Coordinated Human Services Plan? Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plans (CHSTPs) identify and address the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and people with low incomes by fostering collaboration among public, private, and non-profit transportation providers. The plan aims to improve mobility, eliminate service gaps, and maximize resources through coordinated strategies and investments.
By engaging stakeholders and analyzing local needs, Mercer County’s CHSTP guides the development of accessible, efficient, and equitable transportation connecting residents to essential destinations such as healthcare, employment, education, and community activities.

Please send any questions or concerns to our office via email ([email protected]) or phone (724-981-2412). Alternatively, our address is 2491 Highland Road, Hermitage, PA, 16148.
