🚀💙 SIXTH GRADE ROCKETS: YOUR LEGACY STARTS HERE! 🌎✨

Our sixth graders are getting ready for their next big adventure — MIDDLE SCHOOL! 🎓 And while they're preparing to launch into a new chapter, there's one more mission they can accomplish right here at Crossfield: LEAVING SOMETHING AMAZING BEHIND FOR THE ROCKETS WHO COME NEXT! 🚀

We know that for some sixth-grade families, the PTO Fun Run fundraiser can feel a little different. Your Rocket is moving on soon, and you might be wondering, “Will my child even get to enjoy these improvements?”

Here's the thing: being a Rocket is about more than one school year. It's about being part of a community. 💙🤍

The shade structures, outdoor learning spaces, school-wide assemblies, field trips, and school programs we're fundraising for are investments in Crossfield's future. They're opportunities for the kindergarteners just beginning their journey, the students halfway through, and the little Rockets who haven't even walked through our doors yet.

🌳 IMAGINE THE LEGACY OUR SIXTH GRADERS CAN LEAVE:

☀️ Future Rockets learning and gathering under a new shade structure over our outdoor atrium.

🪑 Younger students collaborating and discovering new ideas in outdoor learning spaces.

🎭 Generations of students sharing school-wide experiences that build friendships, memories, and school spirit.

🚌 Future classes exploring the world through field trips and enriching school programs.

Your sixth grader might not use every improvement for years to come. But they can help make those opportunities possible for the students who follow in their footsteps.

♻️🚀 REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE… AND HELP OUR ROCKETS SOAR! 🌎💙

Our Fifth Grade Team — the RECYCLING RACERS — is ready to cross the finish line, but we need YOU in our corner! 🏁👟 The Crossfield PTO Fun Run is coming up Friday, October 30, and we're fundraising for something bigger than one exciting day on the field. We're working to make Crossfield a better place to learn, grow, and thrive for ALL our Rockets! 💙🤍

🏫 SO, WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO? GREAT QUESTION!

Your donations help us work toward improvements that benefit our entire school community:

🌳 MORE SHADE FOR EVERYONE! A new shade structure over our outdoor atrium would help make the space more comfortable for outdoor learning and gathering.

🪑 OUTDOOR LEARNING SPACES! Tables and seating can create more opportunities for students to learn, collaborate, and enjoy learning beyond the classroom walls.

♻️ RECYCLING RACER FUN FACT: Did you know aluminum cans can be recycled and returned to store shelves as new cans in as little as 60 days? That's a pretty amazing comeback! 🥫🌎 Just like recycling turns old materials into new possibilities, our Fun Run is about investing in new possibilities for our school!

Our Fourth Grade Team — the SOLAR SPRINTERS — is ready to shine, and we're counting on our amazing community to help our PTO Fun Run GLOW BIGGER! 🌞👟
