🌌 Out of This World Principal Alert! 🛸✨👽

Tomorrow may be Halloween, but today we’re celebrating the best leader in the galaxy! 🚀

October is National Principals Month, and we couldn't let it end without showing some massive love to Principal Foddrell! 🍫 We surprised him with a gift basket today as a small token of appreciation for his endless dedication. 🎁

Mr. Foddrell, from keeping our school safe and fun to supporting us every single day, you are the real treat in our school community. 🍬

We are so lucky to have you steering the ship! Happy National Principals Month and early Halloween! 🚀🏫💙🎃

🌊 Rainmakers in action! 🌧️

Our 5th-grade Dual Language Immersion scientists took over the STEM lab for an exciting hands-on lesson on the water cycle!

In the "Make It Rain" experiment, students created mini oceans and skies to see how heat and cold drive evaporation and condensation.

Learning science through hands-on discovery makes big ideas stick! 💡🌎

Longview third graders had a blast visiting our partners at Appalachian State University Hickory for a field trip. They took a tour, had spooky story time (check out those scary faces), completed physics activities and kinesiology experiments, and received yummy treats and amazing swag. Thank you so much to the sponsors who provided this event for us and to App State Hickory for hosting our Lions in this special visit.
