Through a FREE at-home nurse visit, families receive personalized support, guidance, and connections to care – helping address concerns early before they become emergencies.

This voluntary service is part of the Help Me Grow Ohio network and is available to all Defiance County families with newborns. Visits typically happen around three weeks after birth, so be sure to schedule in advance at: www.HelpMeGrow.org/FamilyConnects
