Good morning,
Yesterday the Hilton Central School District conducted a test of its mass notification system. This is the method we will use in order to communicate in the event of weather-related closings or other time-sensitive situations. This test message was sent via telephone and text. If you did not receive the message, please check your contact information in Infinite Campus to make sure that it is up to date.
If you are a staff member who is not a parent, DO NOT CHANGE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IN INFINITE CAMPUS INSTEAD, MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IN MUNIS IS CORRECT.
Thank you, have a great Homecoming weekend and GO CADETS!

Good morning,
Tomorrow, September 24 at 5 p.m., the district will be conducting a test of its mass notification system. This system will be used in the event of weather closures and other time-sensitive matters during the school year.
The message will be delivered by text and phone message, so it is crucial that we have your correct phone number in order to reach you.
Please take a moment to check your contact information in Infinite Campus to make sure that it is up to date.

If you are a parent who is also a staff member, DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN INFINITE CAMPUS, INSTEAD REFER TO LAST WEEK'S EMAIL REGARDING UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION IN MUNIS. ALSO, STAFF MEMBERS SHOULD NOT CHANGE THEIR EMAILS.

In an effort to reduce our reliance on social media, the district will be providing the majority of its updates and information on our website (hilton.k12.ny.us). We will continue to use our Instagram and pages for certain situations such as weather-related closures and other time-sensitive notifications.
In addition, we will be using ParentSquare for communications when needed. This would be a good time to either make sure the information in your account is up-to-date, or if you haven't done so, register on the platform and download the app. You can use this link to access ParentSquare:
