The Colonel Band had the opportunity to perform at the 2026 Cave City RailFest on Friday. It was a great event and the Band played well. We are still moving forward. There are still many chances between now and December 18th to see the band perform.

The Colonel Band wants to congratulate Miss Carlee Briggs on her pageant win this past weekend!!! She is our Cadet Guard Captain and dedicated member to the marching band. She strives daily to become a better person, student, friend, and leader. She started with us on flag and just picked up the flute for her next adventure. She is showing students in the Caverna Independent School District that just because you are from a small town you can be humble and still do great things. She is a great example of self-discipline and dedication. We are so very proud of the way she lives the band’s core values of HONOR COMMITMENT and PRIDE!!

GO COLONELS!!! EYES WITH PRIDE!!!

Congratulations to Carlee Briggs, Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair! 👑

This is so true! They need you there, especially as the Colonel Band Program continues to grow. You will see that your family will grow in the presence of these fabulous students. Band kids are a special breed and should be supported to the max.
