1600 State Street, Houston, TX 77007 - 832-247-7522 Greater Houston C.O.P.S. was founded in 1997 and consisted of 15 counties.

In 2002, fifteen more counties were added to our service area and in 2004, 8 more counties were added which brought our service area to 68 counties.
