We are thrilled to share that Council Member John Meredith sponsored $10,000 in funding for NACH to help individuals experiencing homelessness obtain vital records.
For many of our neighbors, lacking a birth certificate, identification card, or other essential document can stand between them and housing, employment, treatment, healthcare, and public benefits. This funding will allow NACH to remove those practical barriers and help people take meaningful steps toward stability.
Our sincere thanks to Council Member Meredith for championing this need and to the entire Huntsville City Council for supporting this investment in our community. We are grateful for your confidence in NACH and your commitment to ensuring that every person has the documentation needed to move forward.
