💙 Hospice Foster Needed 💙

Every dog deserves to know love, comfort, and the warmth of a home—especially at the end of life's journey.

We are looking for a compassionate hospice foster for a sweet senior dog in our care. While we don't know exactly how much time he has left, we do know that he deserves more than a kennel. He deserves a soft bed, gentle hands, familiar voices, and someone to love him through whatever time remains.

He has done well with other dogs in our experience. His history with cats is unknown, though we suspect a home without cats may be best. He may be deaf and will need daily medications, but he still has so much love to give. He's a 16-year-old male mixed breed, approximately 30 lbs.

Snake River Animal Shelter will provide all food, medications, veterinary care, and supplies. You provide the home, the comfort, and the kindness that every animal deserves.

Hospice fostering can be heartbreaking, but it is also one of the greatest gifts you can give. You'll never wonder if you made a difference—you'll know that because of you, this sweet boy's final chapter was filled with love instead of loneliness.

🚨DOES HE LOOK FAMILIAR?! This little guy weighs around 6lbs. and was found near Foothill Rd and Iona Rds.

He’s unaltered and unchipped. We need to find his family ASAP! Please send us a message if you recognize him!

This sweet girl was found on Emery Lane. It appears she had a recent surgery on her neck so she hopefully has an owner waiting for her.

FOSTER NEEDED: Owen is a male, 1-month-old kitten who came to us with a broken leg. He's healing wonderfully on cage rest and we know that he will do better in a foster home for the next 6-7 weeks. We're looking for a home who can prevent Owen from additional stress and damage to his leg by following our instructions while continuing to socialize and love on this friendly little guy!!
