Irvine 2/11 Marine Adoption Committee, Inc. volunteers assemble hundreds of welcome home bags containing toiletry items, snacks, handwritten cards, signs & posters to welcome home the City of Irvine City Hall’s adopted 2/11 Marines living in the barracks.

We love all the area city adoption groups! Together, we support the same cause, our active duty Marines and Navy Sailors stationed at Camp Pendleton!

The Statue of Liberty was dedicated 140 years ago today, on October 28th, 1886.

In those 140 years, the statue has stood through hurricanes, blizzards, earthquakes, two World Wars, and a Great Depression.

Throughout the years, the American people have prioritized the care and lighting of the statue as a symbol of "Liberty Enlightening the World".

Happy 140th!!! 🗽🎆🎉

Today, we recognize and honor the men and women who have deployed, are currently deployed, or will deploy in service to our nation.

Deployment requires dedication, resilience, and sacrifice. We also recognize the strength and unwavering support of the families who stand behind our service members.

To all who have answered the call to serve, and to the families who support them, we thank you for your commitment, service, and sacrifice.
