Wellness in Motion.

Another day for in-person wellness services that ensure our Older Adults stay active, engaged, and connected.

By providing these activities, we continue to support seniors in the most convenient setting, promoting exercise, rhythm, wellness, and social interaction.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the PACCAL Team at Harborview for their continued support and dedication to engaging our Older Adults. Their contribution to expanding activities to Tuesdays has been particularly noteworthy, enabling more opportunities for regular exercise and healthy habits.

Together, we will continue to develop and refine programs that enhance the lives of our Older Adults, supporting them in living active, joyful, and fulfilling lives.

It’s Friday once again at the Harborview Center where our seniors enjoy Time To Relax.

Karaoke, games, food, and laughter fills the room for most Fridays in the month.

We thank our PACCAL Team with Tita Elvira, Tito Jun, and Tita Fely. And the many volunteers to make this Friday lively and enjoyable.

Our PACCAL New York Team had the pleasure of hosting community leader Somnath Ghimire at our small-but-mighty office in New York.
We’re grateful to our dedicated volunteers and members—including Second VP Florante Coronel and Michael Magsombol—who made this visit meaningful. Engaging and insightful discussions took place as PACCAL continues to expand in the heart of the Filipino community—while proudly keeping our doors open to people of all ethnicities.
Together, we grow stronger through connection and collaboration.
