Being a leader in EMS isn't just about making decisions or managing day-to-day operations. It's about leading by example, making sacrifices, answering the phone at all hours, handling the unexpected, and always finding a way to keep things moving forward!

Our leaders wear many hats. They are bosses, Paramedics, mentors, problem solvers, coworkers, and most importantly, friends. ❤️❤️❤️

They deal with the good days, the bad days, the chaos, the challenges, and everything in between. Yet they continue to show up and give their all to our crews, our patients, and our community.

❤️ **THANK YOU** for your dedication, your patience, your countless hours, your leadership, and everything you do behind the scenes that often go unnoticed.

🐝 **BEES ARE STILL OUT — STAY AWARE & STAY SAFE!** 🐝

Even though summer is winding down, bees, wasps, and other stinging insects are **still active**. For someone with a severe allergy, a single sting can quickly lead to **life-threatening anaphylaxis**.

🚨 **Know the warning signs:** trouble breathing, swelling of the face/lips/throat, widespread hives, dizziness, vomiting, or loss of consciousness. **Anaphylaxis is a medical emergency — call 911 immediately!**

If you have a known severe allergy, keep your prescribed epinephrine readily available and make sure those around you know about your allergy.

🐝 Respect the bees. Stay alert. Protect yourself — and help protect the crews coming to help you.

❤️ **Conemaugh Township EMS**
**Our Community. Our Commitment. Always Here.**
