You are invited to join us for the JBE 4th Grade Great States Parade on Wednesday, December 2nd from 2:30-3:15 in the JBE Cafeteria.

Our fourth-grade students have been working hard to create a "float" out of a shoe box that they will have on display. It's actually the opposite of a parade because the floats are still and you move, but the students are researching their state and creating a display to teach you about what they have learned. You are welcome to come see their hard work on display.

The 2026 JBE Veterans Day Assembly is coming up on Thursday, November 12. If your student has a veteran they would like to recoginize and invite, please fill out the RSVP and return it to school. This year we will also have light refreshment for veterans and their students before the assembly at 2:00 pm. Students will need to have parent permission to participate with their veteran. If your veteran will be taking your student home, the office must know in advance.
If you would like your veteran included on the JBE Wall of Honor, please fill out the form and return it to school. Or you can fill out the online form. https://forms.gle/qbruvqgCws9ZMBVY8

Parent-teacher conferences will be on two evenings this year (10/28 & 10/29). Conferences are by appointment only. Our teachers will be working all day and hosting conferences on both Wednesday and Thursday nights; therefore, there is NO SCHOOL on Friday, 10/30. Please keep in mind that 100% participation at parent-teacher conferences is our goal. Due to larger class sizes, we will likely be unable to "fit you in" if you are running late. In addition, please be prepared to help our teachers stay on time by sticking to the 15-minute time slots.

IF you have questions, please reach out to your student's teacher or the office. Our staff will be participating in the spirit days alongside our students; please be prepared that you may see some extra Wildcat spirit or a costume when you come to see us!
