Rain is in the forecast! Stay prepared, stay informed, and take precautions to keep your home and family safe during rainy weather. ☔

As the rain rolls in, remember to give your sprinklers a break! Turn off your irrigation system during rainfall and for at least 48 hours after the rain stops. You can also use your controller’s rain delay feature to help conserve water.

Stay safe and stay water-wise! 💙💧

We’re celebrating 70 years of service with 70 JCSD Facts! 🎉

Fact #28: As our community grew, JCSD ensured essential infrastructure could grow with it.

By establishing Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 1, JCSD helped fund new water, sewer, flood control, and street improvements for expanding neighborhoods, without placing the cost of that growth on existing customers.

For 70 years, JCSD has remained committed to responsible planning that benefits both today's residents and future generations. 💙

Don’t wait for an emergency to think about your water supply. 💧

According to FEMA, households should store at least one gallon of water per person, per day for several days. Be sure to include extra water for pets and other household needs, and keep your supply in a cool, safe place.

During an emergency, check JCSD.us/Emergency for updates about your water service and follow official instructions regarding water use.

For more emergency water preparedness tips from FEMA, visit Ready.gov/water.

A little preparation now can make a big difference when it matters most.
