Congratulations to our very own Jamie Janssen, JCC’s Friend of Education Award recipient!

As the administrative assistant at Pleasantview Elementary and JCC Middle School, Jamie goes above and beyond to support our students, staff, and families. Her dedication extends beyond the school day through her many years of involvement with the Pleasantview PTO and annual Carnival.

Much of what Jamie does happens behind the scenes, but her impact is felt throughout our schools. We are so grateful for all she does for JCC!

Congratulations, Jamie! This honor is so well deserved!

We are excited to share that Pleasantview Elementary has earned PBIS Exemplar School recognition for the second consecutive year!

This recognition highlights our commitment to creating a positive, supportive learning environment where students are recognized for making good choices and demonstrating our B.A.R.K. expectations every day.

Thank you to our Pleasantview PBIS team and all of our staff for the time, creativity, and dedication they put into making Husky Pride a part of our school culture. We are proud to celebrate this accomplishment together!

Dear JCC Families,

Students are welcome to wear Halloween costumes to school Friday October 30th! We look forward to seeing everyone get into the Halloween spirit.

Please keep the following expectations in mind:

Costumes, including the clothing and costume accessories, must be school-appropriate and follow our school expectations.

Full masks that cover the face are not allowed during the school day.

If a costume becomes a distraction or causes issues in the classroom, a teacher may ask the student to remove it.

Costumes should allow students to move safely through the school and participate in classroom activities.

Thank you for your support and for helping us make Halloween fun while keeping our school day safe and focused on learning!

As we head into cold and flu season, we know it can sometimes be difficult to decide when to keep your child home and when it's okay to send them to school.

Please take a moment to review these helpful guidelines. Keeping students home when they're sick helps prevent the spread of illness and keeps our schools healthy!

Thank you for helping us keep our Huskies healthy and ready to learn!
