Applications are now open for the 2025 LACAAEA Scholarship Program! Established in 2000, the LACAAEA Scholarship Program honors the accomplishments of our founders while providing financial assistance to members and their children in pursuit of higher education. This year, we are awarding a total of $6,000 in scholarshipsโwith each recipient receiving $1,000.
We are also proud to introduce a new award, the Resilience in Education Scholarship, created to support students with disabilities.
Qualified applicants include high school seniors preparing to graduate, as well as students currently enrolled in a four-year college or graduate program. Candidates may apply for one of the following scholarships:
- Edward W. Lee Continuing Education Scholarship
- Howard Takata Trade/Vocational Scholarship
- Shirley Bolinger Four-Year Undergraduate Scholarship
- Executive Management Leadership Scholarship
- Emerging Leadership Scholarship (non-members may apply)
- Resilience in Education Scholarship (for students suth disabilities. Non-members may apply)
Application Deadline: September 30, 2025
Notification: Finalists will be contacted by email.
Awards Banquet: Recipients must attend to receive their $1,000 scholarship check on November 6, 2025
