Today, PHI Air Medical Lufkin honors the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the brave first responders, firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS professionals, and everyday heroes who answered the call.

We remember their courage, their sacrifice, and the strength of a nation that came together in the face of tragedy.

Never forgotten. Always remembered. Forever grateful. 🇺🇸
