eXp’s parent company, AGNT, has joined HomeServices of America, Keller Williams and Real REMAX Group to announce Open Real Estate, a planned initiative focused on sharing property listing information more efficiently.
The goals?
✔️ Simpler listing entry
✔️ Broader access to property information
✔️ Better information for buyers and greater exposure for sellers
It’s designed to work alongside local MLSs, with local MLS rules remaining in place. The platform is still in development due to be release Q1 of 2027.I’ll keep you informed as details unfold.
